Zach, the Operations Manager at Local Roofing, oversees projects, coordinates deliveries, and ensures a smooth roofing schedule. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and fishing.

When he’s not working, Jeremy enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Laura, and their children. A lifelong Fairmont resident, he loves boating, snowmobiling, and staying active outdoors.

Hi, I'm Derek! I got my start at Fairmont Roofing on the gutter team and eventually transitioned to the sales team, where I now help homeowners find the right solutions for their roofing and exterior needs.

Hi, I'm Chris! What I enjoy most about working at Fairmont Roofing is the great camaraderie with my team and the satisfaction of seeing a project through to completion.

In my free time, you'll find me spending time with my dog, riding my motorcycle, and enjoying moments with friends and family.

As General Manager, Annie helps keep our teams connected, our customers taken care of, and our companies moving forward. She loves talking with homeowners about our products and services and helping them feel confident about their exterior projects. Known for always having a smile on her face, Annie brings a positive, people-first approach to everything she does.

Outside of work, Annie stays plenty busy with her husband and their boy/girl twins. She also coaches gymnastics in the Fairmont community and loves being involved with the athletes and families in the program.

Chelsea enjoys spending time outdoors, participating in sports, with golf being her favorite pastime, as well traveling to experience new places and perspectives. She brings strong organizational skills, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented mindset, along with clear communication and a proactive approach to getting things done timely and efficiently.

Chloe is excited to be part of the Albert Lea Roofing team as a Marketing Assistant and looks forward to growing in her role while helping showcase the people and projects that make the company special.

Outside of work, Chloe’s favorite role is being a mom. She loves spending time with her daughter, whether they’re baking something sweet, getting creative with arts and crafts, or simply enjoying time together. Chloe also enjoys being with close friends and family—especially when it involves relaxing around a fire or spending time at the campground.

Marcus has spent most of his life in the construction industry, gaining experience on various crews, working in sales for different contractors, and eventually creating Local Roofing. He is now focused on training, supporting, and managing the team here. Outside of roofing, Marcus has a strong passion for investing in rural community businesses and real estate opportunities. He is married to his wife, Alisa, and together they have three young children: Edwin, Esme, and Elon.
